Crafternoon Tea is a weekly art meetup for all ages and abilities. Beginning on July 25th at Yarraville Community Centre, Crafternoon Tea will offer participants six weeks of craft and community. BYO any project you'd like to work on or try your hand at our focus of the week.
Run by experienced workshop facilitator Liv Staffieri, our weekly catchups will give participants a comfortable space to explore and create. Weekly focus will include still life drawing, polymer clay, watercolour art, painting with acrylics, collage, pastels and more! Booking information will be available soon. |

Past Workshops
Using acrylic paints and circular canvases, guests will create their own abstract and/or botanical themed artwork. Guests will be briefly guided through technique exercises and basic colour theory before creating their own abstract design.

Observe a variety of objects and explore techniques of capturing their essence on paper. Using graphite pencils, charcoal, paper stumps, crayons and pastels, guests will be encouraged to experiment with recreating texture, light and shadow.

Guests will create a triptych of watercolour (or acrylic) paintings inspired by the style and culture of three different destinations. Artists will encourage guests to explore motifs relating to specific locations such as native flora and fauna.
